Free Workout Class - Barry's in Arlington, VA

Barry's gym in Arlington is inviting DCFR members to a workout class! DCFR has 20 spots saved in a Sunday morning class for a full-body HIIT workout. Participants need to arrive 15 minutes ahead of time to check in. If this is your first time at Barry's, you will also need to create an account and sign their consent form here.

When: 8:00-9:00am on Sunday, January 21st (arrive before 7:45am)
