If that date doesn’t work for you, we can refund your registration (minus processing fees) or you can donate your registration to the Pride Run 5K charities. The Pride Run 5K is partnering with Barry’s to host a special workout on Saturday, April 11 at 3:30 p.m. Join us in the “Red Room” to sweat for a good cause as ALL FUNDS collected go to the Pride Run 5K Foundation.
Barry’s workouts are 50% treadmill and 50% strength training. If you want to skip the treadmill and do 100% strength training, several “double floor” spots are available.
All paid participants will receive a link in late March/ early April that includes logistics, including picking your spot in the studio.
