Washington DC's LGBTQ+ Running and Walking Club
The Pride Run 5K is partnering with Barry’s to host a special workout on Saturday, April 11 at 3:30 p.m. Join us in the “Red Room” to sweat for a good cause as ALL FUNDS collected go to the Pride Run 5K Foundation.
Barry’s workouts are 50% treadmill and 50% strength training. If you want to skip the treadmill and do 100% strength training, several “double floor” spots are available.
All paid participants will receive a link in late March/ early April that includes logistics, including picking your spot in the studio.
