  We are excited to announce the return of the DCFR Track Program for Spring 2025!

  
  

  Registration is now open for the DCFR 2025 Spring Track Program. The track program consists of a series of workouts designed to help runners improve their speed. Sessions will take place on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 p.m. at the Banneker Track (intersection of 9th Street NW and Barry Place NW) from Wednesday, March 26 to Wednesday, May 28. The workouts will be led by Erich Huang and Jeremy Garrett.

  This program is free of charge and open to DCFR dues-paying members in good standing. No prior experiencewith track work is necessary.

  All participants must register for the program. Registration will close at 11:59 p.m. on Saturday, March 22 or once 50 people have registered, whichever comes first. Space in this program will be allotted on a first come, first-serve basis, so sign up today!
